We will continue to make adjustments as necessary. Will review each residents needs case by case. This schedule may be subject to change in order to ensure the safety of our residents, health care personnel and visitors. We continue to encourage outdoor visits, which are resuming in the Ebensteiner Garden or if you prefer visiting in the front of the building, near the flag pole, please let us know.
OUT ON PASS/OVERNIGHT STAY DURING HOLIDAYS
At this time, our team highly discourages residents going out on pass. However, if you decide to take your love on out on pass, upon return, the resident, he/she will be tested for COVID-19 and be placed in the quarantines/observation unit for 3 days to ease resident and staff exposure. Resident will not be able to attend any communal activities. On the third day the resident will be re-tested and if the result is negative, the resident will return to his/her own room and resume regular communal activities.
All indoor and outdoor visits require in “advance scheduling”. To schedule Indoor and/or Outdoor Visits, please either call 805-498-3644 or email Terri Massoumi at [email protected].
